We often put up barriers around our heart for protection. Relationship hurts build up and we project the fault on the other and resist looking inside to find where we can grow from the experience. Unfortunatly all relationships are inour lives to learn from, to learn and grow, as a human being and as a spiritual being. Contracts are made.......... When we shut down and retract inward from experiencing love, we shut down on all levels. Physical unrest can result from this. digestive disorders - not wanting to digest our exp..... Like the colours of the rainbow are all present in the colour white, all our emotions are present in the feeling of Love. This means the opportunity is there to move into any emotion fully to open to feeling love fully. In any moment. Blockages appear in our physical reality that are actually manifested in the mental and emotional level. Our experience of life often looks like the past being projected into the future and we are living into it. This is true. Do you want to see into your future - look behind you, scary but true, unless the inner work is done. - again scary..
The mind is built to protect us..... negativity is more easily felt than positivity, trying to warn us of danger...... we get sucked into living this way permanently - leads to depression
